Availability: When inquiring about the availability of a date, please keep in mind that availability is subject to change at any point as we continue to receive orders. We require a minimum of 7 days from start to finish of a cookie cutter design. We complete all orders in which the order they are received. Placing an Order: Please keep in mind: size and intricacy of design, tax and shipping fees determines the final cost. If we have any questions we will contact you via email prior to creating your invoice. The invoice will give you the option to make a debit or credit payment. We do not accept personal checks or cash. Keep in mind, your order is not placed until payment is received in full. Your invoice is good for 72 hours(3 days) after it is sent. If the invoice is not paid by this time, it will be cancelled automatically. Copyright/Trademark: If you have a similar image that you are hoping for please email us at tildyscookiecorner@gmail.com. We will NOT copy or use another person's cookie cutter but we can view a photo to get an idea of what you are looking for. If you want someone else's specific design we suggest that you place an order with their company or inquire where they received the cutter from. Delivery: We mail all cookie cutters to our customers via USPS Priority Mail. Cancelling an Order: No refunds will be given for orders. If we must cancel an order due to an emergency on our part making us unable to fulfill the order, a full refund will be issued immediately. All sales are final. Shipping: The customer assumes the risk of damaged, shipping delays, or other shipping problems beyond the control of Tildy's Cookie Corner, LLC. All claims for damage are to be sought by the customer from the shipping company. There will be NO refunds or credits given for cookie cutters that are shipped.
